Graduate Onboarding Network aims to speed up your development, preparing you for a future career in an global organisation You will have a unique opportunity to get to know Scania through an extensive onboarding; where you will get essential insights to the world of Scania as well as the prerequisites to expand your network already from the start in your career.

You will be employed from day one, in an entry level position/junior role within one of our business areas. Once a month, over a period of six months, starting in September, you will interact with the graduate network to discuss different topics while learning about our culture and organisation, including the TRATON Group. 

Are you the one?

You have an ambition to grow and develop in a dynamic environment where you can contribute with your knowledge and your unique background. You want to make an impact on humans and society whether you are aiming to become a generalist, specialist or a manager. Sustainability is a way of living.


You hold a bachelor or master degree with no more than 2 years of professional experience within their field of studies. You need to be fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish is mandatory for positions within P&L.

Production and Logistics

Production offers the opportunity for you to challenge yourself and the people around to constantly search for smarter and better ways of working. Continuous improvement is a natural part of day-to-day activities. The strategy is to work with continuous improvements in order to minimise workplace injuries, increase efficiency and develop working methods. Research and Development

Scania has a strong focus on Research and Development in order to remain at the cutting edge of technology and drive development within the industry. The area of R&D covers the whole chain from the underlying research, construction and testing through to quality assurance within production and in customer vehicles in service on the world’s roads.
