About the program
Scania’s Accelerator Controller Program is a 18-month long program designed to give young talents a kick start on their career within finance at Scania. You will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments within the company, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the organization functions and how you can contribute to its success.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced mentors and colleagues who are dedicated to helping you succeed. As part of the program, you will also have access to a variety of trainings – both online and in-person – to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. Upon completion of the program, you will be well-equipped to take on a role within the finance organization.
For whom?
Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field, and up to 2 years of previous work experience.
