Meet Scania at Interschutz 2026

With a long-standing presence in the fire and rescue industry, Scania has continuously developed its offering since delivering its first fire truck in 1912. Built on the Scania modular system, each vehicle can be tailored in close collaboration with the customer to meet specific operational needs. Safety and reliability are at the core of everything Scania does — supporting and protecting those who protect and rescue others.

Moving towards lower emissions

As emergency operations evolve, the shift towards sustainable transport is becoming increasingly important. Scania supports this transition by integrating electrification, energy efficiency and smart system design into its solutions.

Battery-electric and hybrid technologies enable quieter operations, lower emissions and improved working environments, without compromising the power and reliability required for demanding rescue scenarios.

Designed for safety

From cab design to advanced driver support systems, every Scania solution is developed to improve safety for both crew and surrounding road users. Enhanced visibility, ergonomics and active safety systems support operators in high-pressure situations where margins are small.
