Transport is the lifeblood of society – but in its current form, it is also unsustainable. As the climate crisis deepens, it is clear that the world urgently needs a new, sustainable transport system: one that continues to grow prosperity and enable connection, while also minimising risks to safety, health and the environment.
At Scania, our purpose is to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system. We believe that delivering on this purpose is how we will create long-term business and societal value. In other words, sustainability is at the core of our strategy.
