Internships
Internships are available within a range of different parts of the company. Within Scania, each country is responsible for its own student relations and vacant positions. Visit Scania’s dealers and workshops local websites where they advertise potential openings for internships in the country you are interested in.
Internships in Sweden
Internships at Scania will give you the opportunity to get to know Scania as a company and its operations. Students who are interns at Scania will get the chance to explore a profession and investigate various career opportunities up close.
Internships connected to education
In order to get accepted for an internship at Scania, the internship must be related to your ongoing education or included as a planned part of the Arbetsförmedlingen (employment services) as a possible way to employment. There is no central application open for internships as of today.
Scania collaborates with specific schools and offers internships to students who attend these schools. If your school collaborates with Scania, you can contact us regarding internship opportunities through specific activities with your school and/or education. You cannot apply for an internship during the Swedish summer (week 25-34). During this time we offer summer jobs and we do not have the capacity to offer internships.
Labour Market Measures
To be admitted for an internship at Scania in Sweden, the internship can also be related to labour market measures as a possible path to employment. For this type of internship we have two partners: Arbetsförmedlingen and Telge Tillväxt. We only accept interns from these collaborations, and therefore we advise you to contact them.
