Our People & Culture department plays a key role on our journey to drive the shift and be the leader of sustainable transport.
As a people trainee (HR – People & Culture) at Scania, you have the opportunity to work on various projects and assignments with different teams and departments. You will gain a broad understanding and insights about how People & Culture supports the entire global organisation of 50.000+ employees. In our business area we have 700 HR-colleagues working with varying roles e.g. HR Business partner, Compensation & Benefit Specialist, Data Analyst and Global Mobility Specialist to name a few.
We work cross-functionally throughout Scania and depending on your interests you get to navigate strategic HR initiatives or engage in operational HR topics. At People & Culture we cover the entire employee life cycle on topics such as:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Performance management & development planning
- Leadership & team development and much more!
Furthermore, we operate important focus areas as labour law, work environment and people analytics which ensures that we do right toward ourselves, society and that we put our efforts and resources in the right place!
