Within product research and development, you get to work in a global context and will build a large network both cross-brand and cross-cultures. Together we focus on innovative solutions for the future. Each of our products, regardless if digital or physical, is driven by the needs of our customers and the changing world around us. Scania’s approach to sustainable transport rests on three pillars that aim to optimise the transport system on different levels:
- Energy efficiency (optimising the vehicle and the driving)
- Renewable fuels and electrification (utilizing energy sources which yields lower carbon emissions)
- Smart and safe transport (continuously improving and optimising the transport system)
