During my more than 5 years in China I have learned to know many people from different areas. Our own employees, private businesses, state owned companies and government officials. Overall, all are very cooperative and friendly.

We value team spirit a lot in Scania. Working with colleagues from different countries and regions, we get to know each other and contribute our effort in building up Scania’s 3rd industrial hub in China from scratch. It's a pleasure to be part of the Scania family!

Procurement is more than purchasing, we need to take cost, delivery, quality and sustainability development into consideration, all needs to be balanced. In 2025, we aim to provide better service with optimised cost.

Upon onboarding, I was quicky adapted to Scania way of working and felt the team empowerment and diversity. I could say that people-oriented values are truly implemented in Scania. We respect each other, utilize our capability and potential, and these contribute to the success of Scania.
