Press Shop

The Press Shop is responsible for creating various parts for cabs, specialises in the production of high-quality metal components through advanced pressing and stamping techniques. The shop utilizes state-of-the-art machinery and automated facilities to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in the production of these components.

BiW

Body-in-White refers to the stage in manufacturing process where the vehicle's body structure is assembled before painting and final assembly. This phase involves joining various metal components, such as panels and frames, by highly automated robots, to deliver vehicle's structural shell.

Paint Shop

Paint Shop is responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to the vehicle bodies produced in the Body-in-White stage. The Paint Shop ensures that products not only look visually appealing but also receive durable and protective coatings that enhance their resistance to corrosion, weathering, and wear.

Cab

Cab assembly is to assemble supplied parts into the painted cab shell in order to finalize the cabs before they are sent to Chassis. Focusing on the normal situation through standardisation and continuous improvements, to guarantee the quality, safety and ergonomic through levelled and balanced flow.

Chassis

Chassis assembly is to assemble all the components into a complete truck as our product. Once assembly is complete, the truck will be powered on and driven into the End Flow. The truck will undergo functional tests and quality inspection until all details are completed checked to ensure customer satisfaction.

Logistics

Logistics is responsible for creating efficient, interconnected and sustainable flows in a global and local logistics network, with excellence in performance. Growing competence is an enabler to expand scope and create new business opportunities.

Powertrain

The Powertrain workshop contains Engine and Transmission, whose foundation was laid in October of 2023, and will also go into production in 2025 Q4. The fact that Scania is bringing its complete production chain to China shows our commitment to deepening its roots in China.

The Engine workshop comprises the following processes: Basic Assembly line with its pre-assemblies, the Final assembly line, the preparation and Engine End of Line Test, Paint Shop and Audit test cell.

The Transmission workshop includes the following processes: Gearbox Assembly Line, which includes pre-assemblies such as shafts package, housings, planetary, retarder, and End of Line. In the Axles assembly, the main pre-assemblies are Pinnion, Diff, Hub, and Paint Shop.

All processes are supported by Engineering, SPS office, Quality, and Logistics to ensure high efficiency and sustainable flows. Once assembled and tested, each component is transported to the Chassis workshop for final assembly.
