FAQ about Scania ID and step-by-step guide
A Scania ID is your personal account to access all of Scania’s digital services. It can be used to access the Scania Driver app as well as our digital fleet management services in the My Scania customer platform. Your Scania ID needs to be connected to a company or fleet account in order to give you access to all relevant information.
Ask your transport administrator to add you to the correct company and fleet account. You can either receive a link to a sign-up form by email or you can get an invitation code that you submit. Follow the inscriptions/steps to create Scania ID and to connect to company account. You can also create a Scania ID on your own here, but it needs to be connected to a company in order to use it.
For your company to make full use of Scania’s digital services, you need an administrator role with a Scania ID in your company. If you don’t already have an administrator within your company, contact your local Scania representative or digitalsupport@scania.com and we will help you to create an administrator role for your company.
In short, yes. To use My Scania and Scania’s digital services your Scania ID needs to be connected to a company/fleet account. The mobile apps Scania Driver and Scania Fleet uses the same Scania ID credentials to log in.
When logging in, some users can be redirected back to the start page. This can happen if you are not currently connected to a company or fleet account. Ask your fleet administrator to send an invite to your registered email. If your administrator needs help to create an invitation, they can always reach out to digitalsupport@scania.com and they can help.
Your Scania ID credentials are managed within My Scania. When you are logged in, you can click on your profile picture to see and manage your settings. You can access your profile from My Scania or directly from the Scania Driver app.
