2022: Scania launches My Scania and Scania Driver
To improve communication for both drivers and fleet coperators, Scania launched My Scania at the IAA trade fair in Hannover, Germany. This personalised digital platform, for the first time gave customers access to all Scania services in one place. Introduced was also the Scania Driver app, providing digital tools necessary for Scania drivers. Scanias service offer was now supported by data harvested from over 600,000 connected Scania-vehicles, gathered in agreement with our customers. This allowed Scania to keep tailoring service packages to customers, based on real data about how they use their vehicles.
