The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has overall responsibility for the Scania Group.
The Executive Board has joint responsibility for issues that are of a long-term and strategic nature. This includes the development of the company, research and development, purchasing, overall human resource matters, environmental work, marketing, pricing policy, capital expenditures and financing. With a holistic view of the entire Scania Group, each Executive Board member has the strategic responsibility for their specific area.
