West Pennine Trucks Stoke-on-Trent have been declared the runners up of the 2025 Scania UK Service Team Awards (STA).
20th April 2026
The announcement was made at a black-tie event in Silverstone, recognising excellence and consistency across the Scania UK network.
This year’s result marks yet another impressive achievement for our Stoke‑on‑Trent depot. Having previously secured first place in 2015, the team has continued to demonstrate exceptional performance year after year. Their second‑place finish in the 2025 Scania Top Team Awards is a testament to their unwavering commitment to quality and customer service.
Stoke-on-Trent finishing second place wasn’t the only success West Pennine Trucks had in STA 2025. Both Telford and Oswestry proudly secured top ten positions, with Telford placing 5th and Oswestry 8th. These collective results highlight the strength, dedication, and consistency across our entire network.
Aaron McGrath, Aftersales Director said, “Achieving such strong results across multiple depots is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism our teams demonstrate every day. We remain committed to delivering exceptional service and continuously enhancing the customer experience throughout the West Pennine Trucks network.”
