Trafford Park have won the Scania Service Team Award in 2022

The 2022 Scania Service Team Awards (STA) were recently announced and... Trafford Park are the winners.
West Pennine Trucks Ltd. are delighted to announce that their Trafford Park depot have won STA for 2022. The competition focuses on putting the customer first, and during the difficult conditions of the last few years, the competition became progressively more challenging.
Steve Howard, Managing Director of West Pennine Trucks Ltd. said "I cannot tell you how proud I am of our achievements. The hard work, consistency, and teamwork that has been put into driving our performances, is exceptional."
Howard continues "Winning the Scania Service Team Awards, confirms that the West Pennine Trucks network prides themselves on putting the customer first, and ensuring exceptional service."
Andy Duncan, Depot Manager continued, "This is all down to the determination and focus of the team at Trafford Park. They work around the clock to make sure that we deliver the best service possible, I'm over the moon."
Earlier in 2022, West Pennine Trucks, Oswestry won both the 1st and 2nd quarter competition, with West Pennine Trucks Knighton finishing 1st in the quarter 4. Well done to Depot Managers, Darren Counsell (Oswestry), and Phillip Gillum (Knighton), and their teams on these fantastic achievements.
Due to all six West Pennine depots finishing in the top 30 of STA, West Pennine Trucks finished 2nd overall in STA average, as highest performing ulti-site dealer.
