our programme
Through a combination of practical and theoretical learning; our three-year apprenticeship programme is designed to make the most out of your potential. You will learn how to diagnose and repair faults, use state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment and carry out routine maintenance. At the end of the course, you will graduate with two industry-recognised level 3 qualifications and begin the next step in your career with TruckEast.
coaching & mentoring
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive several formal checks to ensure you're on the right path. But really you've always got someone steering you forward. Your mentor, who is assigned in your first week, is your support and guide - sharing their experiences and expertise so you learn from the best. You'll also receive support from your branch, as well as the Scania training centre.
formal training
Every 8-12 weeks, you'll attend formal training at the Scania Training Centre in Loughborough. The facility is an Institute of the Motor Industry Awards Centre, with state-of-the-art training rooms and a fully-fitted workshop featuring leading-edge vehicle technology and diagnostic equipment.
