Each year, as an opportunity to recognise the growing talent within the network, Scania hosts an apprentice of the year competition. Stand out apprentices that have truly flourished within the role can be nominated for entry into the competition. The contest sees entrants battle out head-to-head against the best in the Scania network with both practical and theoretical challenges designed to fully test their capabilities and everything that they have learnt.
