Scania East Africa Officially Opens Its Sales and Service Centre and Launches the Scania Marcopolo Bus and Euro 4 Truck Range
Scania East Africa is proud to have officially opened its new sales and service located on Mombasa Road, Syokimau. At an event attended by H.E. Ambassador Caroline Vicini, the Swedish Ambassador to Kenya and Honourable Sharon Mutua, the County Executive Committee Member for Trade, Industry, Tourism and Innovation, from the County Government of Machakos, customers and industry stakeholders, the company also launched the Scania Marcopolo bus and its Euro 4 truck range in the Kenyan market. -

Enhancing Road Safety and Vehicle Fuel Efficiency With Scania Driver Training
Scania East Africa recently organized a driver trainers workshop for its driver trainers stationed in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and for some of our customers’ driver trainers, to enhance their knowledge and skills in delivering training and coaching that will help drivers achieve substantial fuel savings, increase road safety, decrease on the wear and tear of tyres and the powertrain, reduce maintenance costs, and reduce emissions. -

The NTG service team from Scania Tanzania emerged as the winners in the just concluded Scania Top Team East Africa National Final. As a result, the team will represent East Africa in the regional final set to take place in Bangkok, Thailand in February 2023. -

Fifteen Service Technicians from East Africa to Take Part in Scania’s Global Service Competition
Scania Top Team, Scania’s awarded competition training programme for its service technicians and parts experts, is about to begin. After rigorous theoretical rounds, fifteen service professionals from Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania will compete in the National Final scheduled to take place on 2nd July, 2022 in Nairobi, Kenya, for a chance to represent East Africa in the regional final set to take place in Bangkok, Thailand in February 2023. -
