Shem Nyarang’o Omuga Appointed as Dealer Director - Kenya

Shem has been serving in this role in an acting capacity over the past year, demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment as part of his transition into commercial retail. In this role, Shem will be responsible for the retail performance across Kenya, covering sales, workshop services, and parts operations, and will continue to be part of the Executive Team at the company, reporting directly to the Managing Director. 

With over 19 years of experience across the automotive, telecommunications, aviation, banking, and electronics sectors, Shem brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise, where his strong focus on employee engagement, customer value, and business performance has driven meaningful results across these diverse industries.

Shem holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, along with executive education credentials from the Stockholm School of Economics and Strathmore Business School.
