We have a high profile client base so I need to ensure we have products we know are high quality and reliable. We are often running at 100% fleet utilisation so it’s important you have product that you can trust.”
Included with the vehicles is Scania’s OnBoard telematics service, provided on a complimentary basis on all retail coaches for ten years. The telematics package records driver and vehicle performance data and reports directly to the customer by email on a weekly basis. City Circle (UK) Limited have also taken advantage of the driver and technical training made available to them, as it is to all customers of new coaches sold to retail customers.
