Your monthly payments are detailed on your finance agreement if you have any questions about your monthly payments contact Sales Support by email at salessupport.sfgb@scania.com or by calling +44 1908 487 540.
If your account is in arrears you can make a debit card payment over the phone by calling Credit Control on +44 1908 487 561.
Once we have received your last payment no further requests for payments will be made, we do recommend that you contact your bank to cancel your direct debit mandate.

Annual VAT Invoices are provided annually on the anniversary of when your agreement went live. These are sent in the post to the address on file.

Arranging the financial affairs after the death of someone can be difficult and that’s why we want to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible for you.
Please send us a copy of the death certificate along with the executor details to Credit Control by email at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com.
