Technical support is available through the Scania FRAS application.
The purpose of the FRAS application is to supply technical information related to maintenance and repair of Scania vehicles that is not available through any Scania RMI application or Scania training.
For access to FRAS please send your application to the Scania Distributor.
You can find your Scania Distributor if you click on the globe icon in the header.
Fees for access to technical support are included in the application fees in the Technical Information Shop. This means that as long as you have an active Scania application you have access to Scania technical support.
