Graduate Engineer Program offers you a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge within the field of engineering. We will kick-start your career by giving you a deep knowledge about Scania and the industrial challenges that lays a head of us. We will provide learning modules and the prerequisites to exchange experiences in a large network from the start. Who are you?
You are a driven, ambitious and result-oriented team player with a passion for engineering. You are creative with strong analytical capabilities, open minded with a focus on the bigger picture. We expect you to have the ability and the drive to acquire knowledge both in an overall perspective and in certain areas in depth.
What’s in it for you?

The program is offered with placements at one of our Productions & Logistics sites in Södertälje or Oskarshamn (you request location in your application) - A six months program, starting with an onboarding 19 August 2024, with modules where you will interact with the graduate network to discuss and learn about topics such as; Scania’s culture, our way of working, strategy, people & sustainability, our operations, go & see occasions, technical training, project management skills and much more.
- A program designed to support you in your personal growth including rotations to different production units/areas. You will get to use your technical and creative engineering skills while gaining valuable experience working with real products on real business challenges.

Application
The application period is from 17 January until 18 February 2024 (application is closed).
To qualify for the Graduate Engineer Program, you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have graduated between 2022 and the summer of 2024. You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience of work, within your field of studies, at the start of the program.
Scania have a global presence, for this reason, it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently. You have an ambition to learn Swedish.
