Scania Assistance

You can have peace of mind that your vehicle will be taken care of with the utmost care and precision - we are committed to providing customers with a service they can rely on whenever they need it.
Scania Assistance is Included in Services 360 (Plus, Full and Pro contracts).
Scania Recovery
If your vehicle cannot be repaired by a Scania Assistance technician from a call out, and your vehicle needs to be recovered to one of our branches via a third-party, this can be arranged through the Scania Towing serivces.
Making sure your vehicle gets to its designated workshop promptly for repairs, without additional cost to your business.
Scania Recovery (Towing) is included in Services 360 (Plus, Full and Pro contracts). For European recovery (Towing) this can be an add-on to the contract package.
Scania MAX24
MAX 24 is designed to ensure that any Scania vehicle involved in a roadside breakdown in the UK (and Europe) is provided with a quick and efficient repair at a Scania authorised branch, ensuring that your vehicle is either back on the road within 24 hours, or you will receive monetary compensation for any further delays.
An immediate call to Scania Assistance will get the process started, and will be delegated to the closest Scania branch, where a priority repair can be performed.
When the vehicle arrives at the branch, the 24-hour countdown starts, and every effort will be made to ensure you’re back on the road as soon as possible.
MAX24 is included in Services 360 (Plus, Full and Pro contracts).
