Pressroom: Scania at inter airport
Scania will exhibit a selection of vehicles and other equipment for airport operations and maintenance at the inter airport Europe exhibition in Munich (stand E84). Sweden has the highest number of environmentally certified airports. Consequently, Scania is exhibiting everything from complete trucks and buses with Euro 6 diesel engines and Scania Gensets with the latest emission technology, to modular-built diesel engines for installation in a range of commercial vehicles.
At the previous inter airport exhibition in 2011, Scania exhibited an extensive range of products and solutions from its range, which aroused great interest and broadly established Scania as a manufacturer of flexible solutions for a variety of flight-related requirements. Out on the track, at the gate, at the airport itself or as transport service for passengers – Scania's modular-based programme with trucks, buses and engines always offers high availability, best-in-class performance and environ¬mentally adapted solutions.
Environmental and climate issues are always high on the agenda when dealing with any ground handling services at airports. Scania vehicles and engines are available in a variety of models, all of which meet the latest emission requirements, wherever in the world they are used.
