Brazilian haulage association
For the sixth straight year in a row, Scania has won the prestigious Brazilian NTC Suppliers Price award in the heavy haulage category. The NTC (National Association of Cargo Transports) selects the winner after counting the votes of its 1,000 members, haulage firms and other important players in the transport industry.
A satisfied Emanuel Queiroz, marketing director of Scania’s Brazilian subsidiary Scania do Brazil, comments that the award is held in very high esteem in Brazil:
“It represents recognition that our products match customer expectations on the demanding Brazilian market. For us, this is a very important award, even more impressive since we have won it continuously year after year”.
The NTC, which turns 40 this year, established the prize in 1998 with the aim of putting the spotlight on companies and products that excel in areas such as quality, technology, service and total economy.
The award was handed over at a ceremony in Sao Paulo at the Fenatran International Transportation Fair.
