Scania Bulgaria was established in 1998 and we believe our continuing success is based on our employees. We are now looking for our newest team member and you can be part of Scania successful team in Bulgaria in the role of Service advisor in Workshop Sofia.
Your main responsibility as Service advisor will be to works pro-actively to ensure the daily operation of the service reception and that the customer service needs and expectations are met, from customer enquiry through to completion of the invoice and follow-up. This work contributes to an optimized utilization of the workshop and long profitable relations with the customers.
To be successful in this role is desired to have:
- Previous experience in sales ( direct or via phone)
- Excellent communication skills with positive attitude toward others
- Proactive approach in achieving your goals and well develop customer orientation skills
- Willingness to work in dynamic environment and ability to work in a team
- Eagerness to constantly increase your knowledge about trucks and develop in this field;
- Technical background and good computer knowledge
- Experience with cars/ trucks in the same or similar position
- Good command of English language -both written and spoken
