Overview
The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the movement of parts across the Company network. They are also responsible for the maintenance of Parts vehicles.
essential duties and job responsibilities
- Check Parts delivery vehicles and ensure they are maintained to the required standard e.g. oil, water, cleanliness
- Delivering parts to customer premises and Company branches
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
- Delivering marketing material
- Warehouse duties including tidiness, loading & unloading deliveries into branch
- Assisting Parts personnel where required
- Other duties as specified by the Parts Manager
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Fulll, clean driving licence
- Current driving licence
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Ability to work within guidelines and to deadlines
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
