Apply today to work amongst our award-winning team at our Bury St Edmunds branch. Your role is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the branch and its vehicles.

• Maintain clean, safe and secure branch premises
• Support health and safety processes across the branch
• Carry out routine maintenance, groundskeeping and cleaning across the premises, including basic DIY tasks, gardening, spillages and gritting
• Ensure the overall cleanliness, tidiness and upkeep of the site is at the required standard and rectify where required
• Ensure all recycling and waste management processes are being followed across the branch
• Check in company courtesy cars and maintain general condition, including oil and water etc.
• Ensure yard operations are effective, including management of customer and company vehicles
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned to the required standard, including steam cleaning operations
• Any other duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your manager

• General knowledge of the Industry
• Experienced HGV driver (desirable)
• A general knowledge of maintenance practices
• Current driving licence
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
