Apply today to work amongst our exciting team at our Bury St Edmunds branch. The Depot Administrator’s role within the business at TruckEast is to keep a constant flow of all administrative duties across the depot and maintain a high standard of invoicing to our customers. 

essential duties and job responsibilities

  • Day to day invoicing for Branch, to include Warranty, Retail, Contract work and any other types of Invoicing (DPD own portal)
  • Along with your colleagues, ensuring month-end Work In Progress levels are within agreed targets.
  • Assisting with the daily running and administration of the Branch
  • Time loading and workshop wages.
  • Occasional service reception cover
  • MOT Bookings
  • Sublet Order No’s
  • General duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your Manager
  • Filing of paperwork as required
  • Admin support with R2C

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) qualification in Mathematics and English
  • Administrative experience
  • Current driving licence
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work within guidelines and to deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail orientated
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent organisation and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of the business environment in the customer interface   
  • Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
