TruckEast Employees will have a new email address
This month our email address domain is changing, so we wanted to let our customers and suppliers know what to expect.
Following the acquisition of TruckEast by Scania (Great Britain) last summer, our systems are now integrating with those of the manufacturer, this includes our email address.
Please note, you will start to receive emails from a new @scania.com address from the TruckEast team.
What you need to know?
Over the coming weeks, all TruckEast and TE Fleet employees will switch to email addresses ending in @scania.com , with the final branch moving across by 4th December.
For example most employees will move from john.smith@truckeast.co.uk to john.x.smith@scania.com
Please note that email addresses may vary between employees. If you are unsure of a colleague’s new email address, please contact your local TruckEast branch.
While our email addresses are changing, it is business as usual at TruckEast. You’ll continue to deal with the same teams and receive the same level of service and support.
How do I contact my local team?
All our team are changing over to @scania.com email addresses. You can continue contacting your usual contacts as normal, simply update as per the above example in most cases. Our website truckeast.co.uk will also remain.
If you have any difficulty reaching an existing contact, please call your local branch or use the contact form on our website.
What next?
Please update your contact list to use our new @scania.com email address going forward.
Emails sent to our existing @truckeast.co.uk addresses will continue to reach us for a short transitional period.
