As well as working with a fantastic team. This position will be responsible for the smooth running of the Workshop, through supervising the Technician team, along with being an active part of the productive staff.

•  Ensure a high quality of customer service is delivered at all times
• Manage all staff, including monitoring of timekeeping and productivity, authorising overtime.
• Establish a close working relationship with all departments
• Ensure maximum Workshop utilisation and productivity
• Manage MOT Process and ensure standards are maintained
• Manage Service department paperwork flow and Quality
• Identify training needs in conjunction with the Workshop Controller
• Co-ordinate all run in repairs to ensure a swift turn around
• Any other duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your manager

• Current driving licence
