The workplace for which the employee concludes this contract comprises the following tasks.
- MD administration support;
- RVG administration;
- Used vehicles appraisal and approval verification;
- Pool vehicles fleet management;
- Top management expenditures check
- Perform other work according to instructions of Director of the company.
Detailed tasks:
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, arrange send-outs etc.
- Receive and assist visitors
- Arrange and support with events, meetings and conferences through surveying alternatives, prepare options, arrange details etc.
- Manage expenses and invoices according to company standards
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Maintain needed office supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies etc.
- Support Manager and team members regarding operational equipment such as computers and phones regarding ordering, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Understand and act according to the Scania way frame work
- Maintain the normal situation, detect deviations and act immediately to eliminate them
- Contribute in daily follow-up, daily steering
- Participate and contribute in improvement activities based on a standardized working method
