Code of conduct

Every day we make dozens of business decisions. When they involve ethical dilemmas, these decisions can be difficult. Some situations are more complicated and require additional support. The document Code of Conduct is designed to give you that extra guidance.

The Code of Conduct describes how we at Scania conduct business in an ethical and responsible manner and summarises Scania's ethical related policies. With main principles and practical examples, the Code of Conduct guides through statutory provisions and internal rules: in workplace, as a business partner and as a member of society. It aims to ensure that no individual Scania employee or Scania as a company comes into conflict with the law, regulations and ethical standards.
