New head of Communications and Public Affairs at Scania
Louise Jarn Melander has been appointed Senior Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs and a member of the executive management of Scania. She will take up her new post on 1 September 1998.
Louise Jarn Melander is a graduate economist specialising in international economic affairs. She joins Scania from Carta Corporate Advisors, where she has worked on strategic and communications projects since 1991. Prior to that, she served as Director of Public Relations with AB Nordiska Kompaniet. Her other posts have included Financial Controller of Nordstjernan AB and head of Economics and Finance with Axel Johnson in Mexico.
