A brief summary of the provided position as below ：

This position shall be responsible for the overall training of BU employee and employee of its dealership including both sales and service, as well as for the training to drivers of customers. This position shall establish and implement the training strategy of BU to ensure the competence and capabilities of all positions as required by business with continuous improvement. This position shall be responsible for developing various training courses and on-line tools to different positions through coordination on resources from both internal and external. This position shall plan, build and manage the training centres with facilities, equipment and tools according to the training requirements. This position shall be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing trainings towards all positions as required by both internal and external. This position shall also build, lead and manage a trainer team to provide professional training service.

Duties and Tasks

• Overall training towards BU employee and employee of its dealership including both sales and service, as well as the training to drivers of customers
• Establish and implement the training strategy of BU to ensure the competence and capabilities of all positions as required by business with continuous improvement
• Developing various training courses and on-line tools to different positions with leverage and coordinate on resources from both internal and external
• Plan, build and manage the training centers with facilities, equipment and tools according to the training requirements
• Keep tracking and identifying the training requirements for all positions through constant communication with other departments and functions
• Build, lead and manage a trainers team to provide professional training service
• Update of training courses continuously based on technical improvements and customer requirements
• Set up and implement the certification system towards dealer technicians and other required positions
• Manage special tools and equipment of training centers
• Manage training components and training rigs;

Education and/or Experience

• University degree or above in automotive mechanics;
• At least 10 years working experiences in heavy duty vehicle Industry;
• Extensive training experiences;
• Experiences in managerial role for a team.
• Excellent at technical competence and product knowledge；
• Excellent at teaching and presentation skills;
• Fluently in reading and writing English
• Be able and willing to take frequent business travels
