This position is responsible to provide correct and fast solutions to the workshops and customers in terms of technical and quality issues. The position also acts as fly doctors to do on-site technical support. The position is also the window to connect R&D/factory for the upper level technical support.

Duties and Tasks

• Online support dealers to solve critical technical issues 在线支持经销商解决关键技术问题
• Act as fly doctor to do on-site support on critical technical issues 充当 "飞行医生"，就关键技术问题提供现场支持
• Handle the field quality report and follow up the solutions from R&D and factory 处理现场质量报告，跟进研发和工厂的解决方案
• Support Call Centre on technical related inquiry 支持呼叫中心处理与技术相关的咨询
• Coordinate with R&D/factory when additional resources are needed to solve a problem 在需要额外资源解决问题时，与研发/工厂协调
• Develop and introduce local technical solutions 开发和引入本地技术解决方案
• Monitor and coordinate appropriate actions when technical breakdowns occur 当车辆抛锚出现时，监督并协调采取合理的行动
• Define special tools and workshop equipment and implement them in the workshop. 定义在车间使用的专用工具和车间设备并进行实施。
• Create and analyze decided KPI’s for technical situation (Top 50, warranty, break downs). Suggest and execute corrective actions if necessary. 创立并分析既定的技术绩效指标（TOP 50,保修，抛锚）。如果需要，提供并且执行正确的行动
• Support Recall and campaign related issues 支持召回和技术改进有关的问题
• Analyze failure statistics and see patterns & propose appropriate corrective actions 分析故障数据，找出问题趋势并建议恰当的正确行动

Education and/or Experience

• College education or above 大专或以上学历
• More than 5 years experience focusing on repairing and maintaining heavy duty vehicles 5年以上维修和保养重型车辆的经验
• Local OEMs and imported brands experience in service area is a must 有本地OEM和进口品牌服务经验
• Heavy duty vehicle technician or equivalent qualification 重型车辆技师或相关资质
• Be able and willing to take frequent business travels 能够并愿意接受频繁的出差
• Good in reading and writing English 良好的英语口语和写作能力
