1.The security supervisor will help build the Security infrastructure within the new Scania production site. They will lead the way in security solutions & initiatives that will to keep the people and site secure.

2.To begin the security Supervisor will with work on many different security related projects and therefore need to be flexible and forward thinking. The Supervisor will be required to work on a number of projects at a time and have the ability to organize their work to meet timelines and delivery a high level of quality in everything they do.

3.They will be required to partake and give input during planning and teams meetings. Suggest solutions to problems and think of the bigger picture.

Education and/or Experience

The Security Supervisor should hold a bachelor degree however there is no specific major preferred.

English Language is a requirement. Good communication and report writing will be required and training will be provided.

Physical Security Professional (PSPⓇ) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP^Ⓡ) but not essential

Have previous Security experience in the Police or Army or Security consultant or Security Embed for 5 years or more

Previous work with physical security assessments, application, design, and integration of physical security systems, and implementation of security measures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Good communication Skills & Fluent English in written and oral;

-Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point

-Highly motivated Confident, Team player

-Willing to work shifts or outside the normal office hours

- Willing to be on call for security related matters in the future

-Good leadership skills, experience leading others

-Analytic, out the box thinker, problem solver

-Preferable to have a Chinese C1 driving license

-Managing or working in security operations rooms and incidents rooms

-Experience in CRISIS, risk assessments & managing risks.
