Sales Support & Administration Specialist

A brief summary of the provided position as below 本职位概述如下:

The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support for the sales team, and support customer analysis and provide the insight through data exploring to understand customer profile and improve digital sales tools performance further to drive and boost business opportunities. This is achieved by working in a structured methodical way adhering to defined processes and procedures. Organizational skills are essential as many activities are deadline driven. Focusing on communication with internal and external customers and suppliers, whilst conveying a positive Scania brand image, is the key to fulfilling this role efficiently.

 

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks) 职业能力(职责与任务)

1.Sales Support administration - Ensure administrative, documentation and documentation support to sales teams

  • Provide support as part of the sales team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and accurate preparation for a dealer/customer order.
  • Set suitable price process and management and follow up in the daily work.
  • Drive related systems/tools to implement to sales team and further to dealer level.
  • Support sales team to maintain relationship with dealers.
  • Handle deviations and inform concerned function.

2.Retail Sales Management - Manage sales opportunity and sales capacity to support on driving sales achievement

  • Define dealer sales process and sales behaviour instructions.
  • Follow-up dealer sales behaviours, to analysis dealer sales capacity and competence.
  • Deliver retail sales reports to RSM and related management team
  • Responsible for sales process improvement and sales report development.
  • Responsible for dealer sales on-board training for sales department

3.Digital Sales Tool Supporting - Continuous analysis and manage of sales price

  • Responsible for support digital sales tools development, coordinate between sales manager and IT
  • Responsible for sales digital materials preparation with Marketing team
  • Develop and support monthly analysis/dashboards on Digital Sales Tools
  • Creation of business monthly/quarterly/yearly report to understand business opportunities, based on customer profile, segmentation, purchases, products, etc.
  • Regularly measure on the performance of CRM initiatives initiated, provide the trackable result.
  • Support on provide solutions and data-driven action to continuously optimize user experience and to drive business through CRM insight

3.Improvement work according to the Scania Way (SRS) - Understand and act according to the Scania way frame work

  • Understand and act according to the Scania way frame work
  • Maintain the normal situation, detect deviations and act immediately to eliminate them
  • Contribute in daily follow-up, daily steering
  • Participate and contribute in improvement activities based on a standardized working method

Desirable experience & qualifications

  • Relevant Education or equivalent work experience
  • Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage
  • Managerial and Leadership experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent skill in MS-office
  • PBI, think-cell skill will be a plus
  • 1-2year CRM experience will be preferred
