A brief summary:
Sales Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for sales business development besides of traditional sales channels, segments/applications and sales models, including potential opportunity identity, strategy and business model development, sales development management to achieve volume target.
Duties and Tasks
- New digital sales model development
- Develop and implement digital sales /E-commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital sales activity.
- Initiate online activities/campaigns to increase sales leads with Marketing together
- Develop online sales funnel and monitor execution, including leads generation and distribution management, sales opportunities and forecast, deal achieve and delivery.
- Improve digital sales competence of sales team and dealers to improve conversation rate.
- Lead sales business develop team to develop strategic customer, collaborate with customers, dealers and other stakeholders to investigate and understand needs, demands, development opportunities and achieve volumes.
- Lead sales business development team to develop international cooperation business, including imported and exported opportunity.
- Lead sales business develop team to develop specific segments or industry
- Work with dealers, used vehicles sales partner and customers, to identity sales opportunities about new vehicles sales, service sales and Finance Service sales.
- Develop candidate dealers/ sales agencies with dealer development department.
Desirable experience & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above
- 3+ years e -Commerce experience or digital sales management is required
- 5+ years management experience is required.
- Strong commercial understanding and sensitive for the commercial vehicle markets.
- Retail sales or retail sales management is a plus
- Deep understanding of various digital touch points in the entire customer decision journey.
- Strategic thinking with market analytic, sales flow management and reporting skills.
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external team
- Fluent in oral and written English, and skillful in MS office.
