Governance of our SPS by developing, maintaining, and continuously improving methods.
Support the SPS development team in Scania Production China.
Support the project team and the local organization in SPS development, SPS support, SPS network and educate organization.
Prepare and train employees for operational readiness regarding culture behaviors and way of working.
Coach & support the organization with SPS expertise to meet challenging targets.
Assist and complement the Production organization in the Strategic Plan Deployment.
Lead and Coordinate SHE initiatives within Production.
