Execute daily recruiting tasks, including recruiting requirement communication, recruiting implementation, talent pool establishment, recruiting channel development and maintenance, supplier management, etc., to ensure relevant recruiting work meets the needs of the organization.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 主要职责
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
胜任此项职位,需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:
1. Understand the real-time development of the hiring department, timely communication with the hiring department, HRBP, etc., focus on the organization, talent needs, clear candidate search direction, and output high-match candidates for the hiring department.
1.了解用人部门实时发展情况,及时与用人部门、HRBP等做沟通,对焦组织、人才需求,明确人选寻访方向,为用人部门输出高匹配度人选;
2. Conduct initial screening of candidates for required positions through talent database and recruitment website, and arrange the interview process of hiring departments;
2. 通过人才数据库、招聘网站对需求岗位的候选人进行初期筛选,并安排用人帮忙部门面试流程;
3. Develop, manage and maintain various recruitment channels, refresh and release positions in time;
3.开发、管理和维护各种招聘渠道,及时进行职位的刷新及发布;
4. Establish a talent pool and deeply develop online recruitment channels to meet the employment requirements of the departments in charge;
4.建立人才库,深度开发线上、线下招聘渠道以满足所负责部门的用人要求;
5. Maintain good cooperation with headhunters and ensure the recommendation of talents for middle and high-end positions;
5.保持与猎头的良好合作关系,确保中高端职位的人才推荐;
6. Assist in completing other recruitment activities according to the company's recruitment needs, and expand and manage recruitment channels according to needs.
6.根据公司的招聘需求协助完成其他招聘活动,并根据需求拓展和管理招聘渠道。

Education and/or Experience

- University education in a relevant discipline
- 大学教育的相关专业
- 5 years of experience in a multinational company
- 5年以上招聘工作经历
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- 5 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing industry
- 在汽车领域或制造行业有5年的招聘经验
- Proficient oral English, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- 熟练的英语口语,良好的沟通能力和人际关系技巧
- Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point;
- 熟悉办公软件Word, Excel, Power Point
