To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

1. Responsible for organizing the establishment and improvement of the company's quality management system, and supervising the company's quality management system, ensuring the effective operation of the system, and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality system;

负责组织建立与完善公司质量管理系统，并对公司质量管理体系进行监管，确保体系有效运行，推动质量体系持续改进；

2. Responsible for the management, review, organization of training and optimization and improvement of quality system documents;

负责质量体系文件的管理、评审、组织培训和优化改进；

3. Responsible for the company's various internal audit work, including system audit, process audit, product audit, and the planning, implementation and statistics of related nonconforming items, tracking and completion of corrective and preventive actions;

负责公司各项内审工作，包括体系审核，过程审核，产品审核，及以上各类审核的策划，实施和相关不合格项的统计，纠正及预防措施的跟踪与关闭；

4. Responsible for the application and audit of management systems such as ISO 9001 (and/or IATF 16949) and ISO14001;

负责ISO 9001(可能以及IATF 16949)和ISO14001等管理体系的申请和审核；

5. Establish a connection with the Scania QMS team, coordinate the management of the global quality management system, be responsible for internally communicating the regulatory requirements of the Chinese market and the impact on the quality system to relevant departments, and ensure the regulatory compliance of the quality system.

与斯堪尼亚QMS团队建立连接，协同全球质量管理体系的管理工作，负责内部向相关部门传递中国市场的法规要求和对质量体系的影响，确保质量体系的法规符合性。

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering preferred

本科以上学历，车辆工程专业优先

5+ years of experience in vehicle quality or QMS working area in vehicle manufacturing company

5年以上汽车制造公司汽车质量或QMS工作经验

At least 3 years experience in QMS management

至少3年车辆QMS管理经验

With rich experience on audit, and have a good working relationship with the authorities in charge of QMS is a big advantage

在工厂审核等方面具有丰富经验，与QMS主管部门保持良好的工作关系是一大优势。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge and analytical skills in the area of vehicle manufacturing, quality control quality tools, and quality system
