Main Assignments & Job Responsibility

-Coordinate the construction and the MEP, including studies, design, improvement, modification and construction of buildings and infrastructure, securing all projects will be developed and implemented according the required specifications and following the Scania’s priority (safety, health and environment, quality, cost and delivery) as well as the companies culture and working principles.

-Supervises the execution of all services in the field and meeting the specifications and deadlines together with the General Constructor, provides support in monitoring time schedule and costs.

-Monitoring of the General Constructor's quality control process for the execution of the works/facilities to certify that they comply with the conditions provided for in the projects, memorials and specifications.

-Work in close collaboration with production and processes areas to understand their operations and requirements on building and infrastructures and provide proper solutions, attending their demands on quality, cost and delivery.

-Ensure that services and equipment purchased meets the requirements.

-Participation in meetings with the Management Company, General Constructor, Sub-contractors and Suppliers in order to discuss the progress of the works, the proposal of eventual corrective actions and technical aspects that may collaborate for the good progress of the works.

-与生产和工艺领域密切合作，了解他们在建筑和基础设施方面的运作和要求，并提供适当的解决方案，关注他们对质量、成本和交付的要求。

-确保购买的服务和设备符合要求。

-参加与管理公司、总承包商、分包商和供应商的会议，以讨论工程的进展、最终纠正行动的建议和可能有助于工程良好进展的技术方面。

Requirements & Compentencies

-Bachelor's degree in engineering, major in construction

-Coordinate construction projects,ensuring the belonging area and team will meet all quality, cost and delivery requirement.

-Good project management skills and communication

-Minimum 8 years in similar function

-Experience of coordinationg project and leading large industrial establishments

-Leadership skills

-Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing

-Good office software skills
