Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Responsible for the daily safety management, team management, personnel management and performance appraisal of the production equipment maintenance team.

1. Responsible for the team's information delivery work from both directions, implementation of the company's rules and regulations, and timely reporting of personnel information and employee status.

2. Promote the construction of maintenance team talents, organize and carry out equipment maintenance staff training according to the plan, and continuously improve the team's skills.

3. Responsible for team shift handover management, to ensure that the information is timely, clear and correct.

4. Participate in equipment import work as equipment audit, pre-acceptance, safety tracking, on-site installation management, project problems tracking of closed-loop collection and solution.

5. Participate in the preparation and later dynamic optimization of PM/TPM.

6. Supervise the implementation of TPM / PM, implement to the person, timely supervision, inspection and information feedback, timely handling of the problem found in the implementation process.

7. Responsible for training, guiding and supervising the operators of production workshop to implement TPM and 5S correctly.

8. Responsible for training, guiding and supervising maintenance technicians to correctly implement TPM, PM, 5S work.

9. Responsible for the normal situation of regional equipment, maintenance of equipment operating logs, operating records, and routing inspections as required.

10. Responsible for the statistics of equipment defects within the scope of responsibility, participate in the analysis of frequent or difficult technical problems, formulate prevention or solutions, implementation and tracking.

11. Responsible for the team on-site maintenance of rapid response, in accordance with the process of timely escalation, reasonable arrangements for mobilizing maintenance staff to complement each other's strengths, horizontal support, to minimize equipment downtime.

12. Responsible for the report of machine incident and failure, and put forward the corresponding processing countermeasures.

13. Cooperate with engineers to develop equipment maintenance programs, regular implementation of training, shorten the response time to failure, to ensure that the rate of mobility.

14. Establish maintenance equipment downtime and problem list, statistics, analysis to find out the problem improvement/solution.

15. Management for equipment spare parts, maintenance tools, equipment accessories, budget, declaration.

16. Timely completion of docking external departments to coordinate all kinds of work and other work arranged by the leadership.

Candidate Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

- College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive ,etc.

- More than 5 years working experience in related industry, with experience of more than 2 years team management.

- Experience in OEM is preferred .

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Strictly comply with all safety systems in the shop, wear PPE correctly, and strictly implement safety lockout procedures;

- Skilled in the application of office software, experience in CAD, TIA is preferred.

- Familiar with the relevant equipment management system certification, TPM preventive measures, equipment performance, safety and environmental protection system.

- Familiar with the working principle of electrical components and basic mechanical structure of equipment.

- Strong communication skills, able to coordinate and deal with other departments.

- With team management ability, and with ability of certain planning and organization, communication and collaboration, team empowerment . Also with positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism.

- Siemens control system program diagnosis, simple programming or other working ability is preferred.

1. 负责生产设备维护团队的日常安全管理、班组管理、人员管理、绩效考核；

2. 负责团队信息的上传下达工作,贯彻执行公司的各项规章制度，及时汇报人员信息及员工状态；

3. 推进维修团队人才建设，按计划组织开展设备维修员工培训工作，不断提升团队的业务技能；

4. 负责团队交接班管理，确保信息及时，明确，正确；

5. 参与设备审核、预验收、安调跟踪、现场管理、问题收集并跟踪闭环等设备导入工作；

6. 参与TPM/PM的编制与后期动态优化；

7. 监督TPM/PM的执行，落实到人，及时监督、检查和信息反馈，及时处理执行过程中发现的问题；

8. 负责培训、指导和监督生产车间操作者正确实施TPM、5S工作；

9. 负责培训、指导和监督维修技术员正确实施TPM、PM、5S工作；

10. 负责区域设备的正常运行，维护设备运行日志、运行记录，并按要求巡检；

11. 负责责任范围内设备缺陷的统计工作，参与对频发或难点技术问题的分析工作，拟定预防或解决方案，进行实施和跟踪；

12. 负责团队现场维修快速响应处理，按照流程及时升级，合理安排调动维修人员优势互补，横向支持， 最大程度的减少设备停线时间；

13. 负责团队进行分析各项事故报告，并提出相应处理对策；

14. 配合工程师制定设备维修方案，定期实施训练，缩短故障对应时间，确保可动率；

15. 建立维护设备停机及问题清单，统计、分析找出问题改进点；

16. 设备备件、维修工具、设备辅料的预算、申报、管理工作；

17. 及时完成对接外部门协调各类工作及领导安排的其他工作；

个人要求

为了能够胜任此职位，担任此职位工作的个人至少满足以下条件。如下要求表现为知识；技能和能力

教育和经历

- 大专及以上学历, 机械、电气或汽车类等相关专业；

- 相关行业工作经验5年以上，2年以上团队管理经验；

- 有主机厂岗位工作经验优先；

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- 严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程；

- 熟练应用office办公软件，有CAD,TIA经验优先；

- 熟知相关的设备管理体系认证、TPM预防措施、设备性能、安全环保体系；

- 熟悉设备相关电气元件的工作原理以及基础机械结构；

- 有较强的沟通交际能力，能够协调处理和其他部门问题交流；

- 具备团队管理能力，具有一定的计划组织、沟通协作、团队赋能能力.工作积极，责任心强，良好的敬业精神；

具备Siemens控制系统的程序诊断、简易编程等工作能力优先；
