We are seeking an experienced and strategic thinking product planning manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for mid-long term product planning, product portfolio management and product lifecycle management. Familiar with the strategy and planning of various heavy duty trucks brands, own acuminous market insight, excellent logical and analytical skills and certain financial knowledge. Like to work under multi-cultural environment, open and proactive.

Duties and Tasks

1.Policy & technology route

• Macro policy and economic interpretation.
• Commercial vehicle new technology development route explores.

2. Market & industry

• Market research, market data analysis, market information collection.
• Industry competition landscape study, explore market opportunity.

3. Customer study

• Customer demands research, customer purchase behavior analysis.

4. Gazette & regulation

• Competitors’ MIIT Gazette study and analysis.
• Key regulations follow up and implementation.
• Optimize MIIT gazette update request and follow up.

5. Product

• Product definition, product lifecycle management.
• Price positioning strategy, mid-long term product planning.
• Yearly/ half year Product update development roadmap.
• Closely collaborate with RD team on all product planning relevant tasks.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5-10 years working experience in HDT industry, product planning/product management or relevant positions.
• Deep knowledge of Chinese heavy truck industry and competitors.
• Good logical thinking, ability to work under pressure, proactive, responsible, strong execution.
