We are looking for a product manager who will work in product marketing team as the driving force in managing and developing and maintaining the product model program and packages of trucks together with other stakeholders to ensure the product go-to-market strategy and product position been properly implemented, To secure sales force has right information to sell trucks by developing sales arguments and providing product support.

Duties and Tasks

• To define and manage the product model program and packages with the inputs from stakeholders. 根据利益相关者的输入定义和管理产品型谱和选项包。
• To ensure price and specification of model program been maintaining in the system. 确保价格和规格配置在系统内得以维护。
• As driving force to ensure the product go-to-market strategy and positioning will be properly implemented together with other internal stakeholders. 驱动内部利益相关者，确保产品上市策略和定位得以起正确实施。
• To collect and evaluate the customer needs into short-long term product planning from technical and commercial aspects. 从技术和商业方面收集和评估客户需求，形成短期和长期的产品规划。
• To ensure retail organization has the right information to sell trucks by developing product information and sales arguments. 通过开发产品信息和销售论据，确保零售组织拥有销售卡车的正确信息。
• To provide product support to internal and external stakeholders. 为内部和外部利益相关者提供产品支持。
• Together with product planning team to define the product lifecycle management. 与产品规划团队一起定义产品生命周期管理。
• To collect competitor information and customer user cases. 收集竞争对手信息和客户用户案例。
• Other product relevant tasks. 其他产品相关任务。

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years working experience with strong product background in commercial vehicle industry. 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，具有商用车行业深厚的产品背景。
• Deep knowledge of domestic commercial vehicles, domestic OEM working experience is preferrable. 对国产各品牌商用车有深入的了解，有国内品牌工作经验者优先。
• Good verbal and written skill in English (working level) as plus. 良好的英语口头和书面表达能力（工作水平）优先。
• Be able to take frequent business travels. 能够经常出差。
