Act as a trusted representative for the business area in various forums;Define strategic direction together with management team;Drive common topics for the business area (together with the management team);Compile, analyze and identify deviations in project plans;Own the consolidated masterplan;Identify cross-functional dependencies and discrepancies;Define and follow-up mitigation plans ;Facilitate project and reporting structures, as well as other administrative processes;Spread and anchor information between Umbrella project and business area;Prepare presentations and decision material ;Structure, document and follow-up of risk management;Support with escalation management;Facilitate planning exercises, e.g. PI planning ;Facilitate workshops;Keep minutes from steering groups and other relevant forums;Define ways of working;Define new assignments and deliveries;Prepare project reviews ;Track project progress towards key milestones ; Collaboration with TC,T and wider Scania/TRAON Group,AFR; Develop the overall PMO functionality of P&L China together with the PMO-forum; Other tasks & responsibilities identified for project success
