Act as a trusted representative for the business area in various forums；Define strategic direction together with management team；Drive common topics for the business area (together with the management team)；Compile, analyze and identify deviations in project plans；Own the consolidated masterplan；Identify cross-functional dependencies and discrepancies；Define and follow-up mitigation plans ；Facilitate project and reporting structures, as well as other administrative processes；Spread and anchor information between Umbrella project and business area；Prepare presentations and decision material ；Structure, document and follow-up of risk management；Support with escalation management；Facilitate planning exercises, e.g. PI planning ；Facilitate workshops；Keep minutes from steering groups and other relevant forums；Define ways of working；Define new assignments and deliveries；Prepare project reviews ；Track project progress towards key milestones ; Collaboration with TC，T and wider Scania/TRAON Group,AFR; Develop the overall PMO functionality of P&L China together with the PMO-forum; Other tasks & responsibilities identified for project success
