-Logistics Factory Feeding (Yard Management / Goods receiving / Box and Pallet Storage / Packaging Breakdown)

-Logistics Methods and Flows

-Lead implementation of the strategic plan, focusing on the development of people, processes, and systems

-Lead and engage the team through the Scania Way (SPS), focusing on climate management and the development of managers and employees

-Act as an example when it comes to attitudes and behavior desired by Scania, through our core values, considering different backgrounds, cultures, profiles, and perspectives – skill capture attitude (diversity & inclusion)

-Act as a strategic partner within Global Logistics AFR′s and other corporate areas, define and execute strategic plans and their respective KPIs.

-Act as a strategic partner Participate and support production activities connected with quality, productivity and problem solving (deviations)

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

Master Degree of Science

Significant experience within the Supply chain area is a necessity.

Experienced manager with 10+ years of experience working in Logistic (preferably automotive industry)

5+ years in management positions industry. Preferably as Logistic manager in an international company.

Openness, helpfulness, flexibility and interpersonal skills are valued high

Great knowledge in Lean manufacturing production systems

Knowledge and experience in having responsibility to monitor and improve efficiency and cost levels.

Fluent oral and written English (Upper intermediate level corresponding to EF level 10)英语流利(EF10). The daily working language will be both English and Chinese.
