HRBP - Recruitment - Scania Local Project

Summary

This position is mainly responsible for developing and implementing the recruiting process aligning the company’s business strategy and HR plan via providing the professional HR service; To make sure the recruitment efficiency and quality; To enhance company’s image during the recruitment process.

This position is also responsible for updating HR system accordingly with recruitment process and personnel data; HR KPI, and necessary staff communication.

 

Main tasks

  • To make annual recruitment plan, regularly review with business departments to update the plan and make relevant adjustment, monitor and implement recruitment process;
  • To keep frequent business contacts with the business departments to understand the potential requirements;
  • To keep contacts with various recruitment channels and set up recruitment networks and maintain the platform effectiveness;
  • To participate HR team’s meeting and update the working documents on time; proactively involved in the HR team’s daily working improvement;
  • To make talents analysis on the labor market and update the company with the proposal or market trends;
  • Build up positive employer brand image through kinds of external recruitment and employer branding activities aiming to attract talents
  • Participate in campus recruitment and trainee program activity plan and implementation and follow up the whole process
  • Participate in talent evaluation system build-up and implementation
  • Promote internal talent referral system and optimize human resources for talent development
  • To support hiring managers to find the best candidates during the whole recruitment process by looking for the suitable candidates, interview arrangement; interview, etc. ;
  • To create recruitment database, setup and monitor relevant HR KPI;
  • To update and publish vacancy information in the relative channels;
  • The necessary staff communication;
  • To make sure the daily practice and relative recruitment process align with the compliance.

 

Background & Qualities

  • 5 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing industry
  • Proficient oral English, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • University Degree in HR or related filed
  • Sensitive and familiar with the labor law; regulations and policies
  • Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point
