The group manager is responsible for ensuring that operational maintenance activities function effectively within a specific area.
• Ensuring that Scania's routines and policies are followed in the work area
• Continuous improvements, carrying out activities on the basis of the strategic plan
• Short-term focus on deliveries and personnel, taking the approach of immediate action and long-term thinking

Ability to lead a group and coach individuals.
Good communication skills.
Good team player.
Spoken and written English.
Experience of warehouse processes.
Experience of inflammable warehouse processes is meritorious
